Course Description
This course provides supervisors with the training required under 49 CFR 382.603 to confidently and accurately make reasonable suspicion determinations for drug and alcohol testing. Participants will learn to identify signs of substance misuse, document observations, and handle confrontations professionally.

- Learn the reasonable suspicion process, including: observing, confirming, documenting, confronting, and testing
- Recognize the warning signs of alcohol misuse and drug abuse, including their effects on the body
