DOT, IATA, IMDG Training Programs

If you affect  the shipment of hazardous materials on and off your site you require training up to the level you impact a shipment.  Different shipping methods will require more or less training.  Tiger Training can customize the training for your employees so they focus on the exact shipments and shipping methods (ground, air, or vessel) utilized at your facility.

Key Points to Remember

  • Even if you have employees that only "move drums" on and off trucks that come and go from your facility - they still require training.

  • If you prepare shipping documents (manifests or bills of lading) you will require our full day DOT program

  • If you ship samples by air - IATA training is required (DOT training is a prerequisite)

  • If you prepare shipments by vessel (boat) IMDG training is what you are looking for
